What we make
Our range covers the standard rigging patterns that professional buyers order repeatedly: wire rope clips, bow and Dee shackles, turnbuckles, wire rope thimbles, lifting hooks, snap hooks, eye bolts and eye nuts, swing hardware, chains and connecting accessories.
How it is made
Turnbuckles, wire rope clips, thimbles and swing hardware are produced in malleable steel and carbon steel. Shackles and lifting hooks are forged in carbon steel and alloy steel to the patterns buyers specify — DIN, EN, JIS, U.S. commercial and forged, and Italian patterns. Finishes include electro galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, powder-coated and self-colour, so that parts match the corrosion requirements of the application they go into.
Carbon & alloy steel
Bars and threaded rod arrive by grade.
Cut to length
Bars are cut to the size each pattern needs.
Pressed blanks
Pressed to shape — the marking is die-formed.
Shot blasting
Removes burrs and surface oxide scale.
Machining & threading
Holes drilled and threads cut to the drawing.
Galvanizing & packing
Galvanized, then bagged and cartoned.
Quality control
Quality is managed across the whole process, not only at final packing. We inspect incoming material, check dimensions and form in process, and inspect finished goods before they are packed. Material certificates and batch records are kept so that a shipment can be traced back to the melt it came from, and third-party laboratory testing can be arranged where a customer or project requires it.
Working with us
A drawing, a sample or a standard number is enough to start. We confirm the pattern, material, finish and packing, produce against the approved sample, and can supply inspection results before shipment on request. Different product lines and sizes can be combined in a single container to cut freight cost, with packing, labelling and documentation produced to your specification for OEM and private-label programmes. Goods ship from Qingdao, one of China's principal export ports, with export documentation issued for each consignment.
